The Pension Consultative Committee (PCC) represents the views of Plan members throughout the UK. Committee members are elected by Plan members at the various business units for a four year term, together with some pensioner representatives.
The PCC meets several times a year and acts as a discussion forum for pensions issues. As well as relaying the comments of Plan members to the Pensions Office, PCC representatives also communicate information about the Plan and Selected Benefit Scheme back to the members that they represent.
